Policy on Forced Labour
Under no circumstances do we utilize prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacturing process of our products, throughout our supply chain.
Policy on Child Labour
We prohibit the use of child labor in any production process. No person is employed under the age of 15 (or 14 where permitted by local law) or below the legal school-leaving age, whichever is higher.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable working hours in compliance with local laws regarding regular and overtime work. Where no legal limits exist, a standard workweek applies. Overtime, when required, is compensated in accordance with local law, or at a rate no less than the regular hourly rate if no statutory premium exists. All employees are entitled to reasonable rest periods, including at least one day off per seven-day cycle, and other leave benefits.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
We are committed to treating all staff with dignity and respect. Cruel or unusual disciplinary practices are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, threats of violence and all forms of physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment and abuse.
